Editorial Guidelines for Submitting Articles

Before submitting an article to ArticleFog.com please read these guidelines and make sure that your article meet our requirements.

To be published on our site your article:

1. Must be an original article that you wrote (must NOT be ripped from public domain or bought). If you've hired a ghost writer to write your articles, you MUST have an EXCLUSIVE LICENSE for this articles. Do not waste your time by submitting articles that have non-exclusive licenses as we reject those articles.

2. Must NOT include affiliate program links. Must NOT be a press release, advertisement or sales letter.

3. Must NOT contain: pornography/adult material, hate or violence-oriented, suggest racial intolerance, advocate against any individual or group or have insulting tone.

4. Please submit your article only ONE TIME. Multiple submissions of the same article will be removed, and in extreme cases authors may be banned.

5. Article Title: maximum of 150 characters and minimum of 2 words (we do not accept one word as article title). Do not use only capital letters in article title!

6. Article Summary: Every article must have an article summary (Up to 500 characters). The purpose of the article summary is to tell the reader in short what your article is about. We don't allow any HTML tags in the summary.

7. Article Body: minimum of 250 words and a maximum of 3,000 words. For us, an ideal article size is 500-1000 words. HTML tags allowing in the body of the article are: <br />, <p>, <b>, <i> and <u>. Copyrights must be at the bottom of your article. If you put it at the top of your article, we will move it to the bottom of the article body.

8. Author Information: may include up to 3 self serving links only. If you put active self serving links that we allow in the body of your article, we will reject it. We highly recommend including a link to your website but do not advocate including a mailto: or email link to your personal or work email account. Spammers will abuse it. It's better to include a valid website URL and let potential customers find your email address on your website.
