know how to overcome it and eventually reduce their stress
levels.
To effectively manage stress, there are some techniques
that can be used to manage it. Majority of which can help people who get

theories that are being taken into consideration.
The techniques to
manage stress include meditation, cognitive therapy for anxiety or
